Stakeholders may propose potential discretionary policy initiatives in January and February. Following a stakeholder-led prioritization process in the spring, the ISO will publish the catalog, which is a focused list of potential discretionary policy initiatives. The catalog will help inform the development of the roadmap, published at the end of the year.
