PG&E appreciates the opportunity to provide comments on the 2023 and 2027 Local Capacity Requirements (LCR) Technical Study Final Results.  Below, please find PG&E’s brief comments.

For ease of use for all stakeholders, PG&E recommends that the CAISO identify the applicable transmission constraint on the energy storage charging charts by facility name.  Currently, the transmission constraint is in a separate table and on a different page.
